Notice the mini-graphs in the area between the activity description and the status. This graphs the data in the History tab. Ideally there should be a rather flat graph to show consistency, or trending up to show improvement, but an erratic graph shows erratic, inconsistent behavior.
The graphs seem to be more informative, more quickly, than a numeric percentage, or counts, etc.
